Final low res came to about 90K polys, not too bad considering the number of pieces and the level of detail.
There were three main texture sets here, the undersuit, the armor, and the straps and buckles.
As well as several smaller sets, one for the grenade, one for the butt-pouch, and a total of four for the face. Feathers and eyes were on their own, very small sets for the purpose of reducing the amount of wasted cutout opacity mask.
